Mass flow rate is the amount of mass flow in a unit of seconds. While volume flow rate is the amount of volume flow in a unit of time.
You can obtain the volume flow rate from the mass flow rate, by dividing it by the density of the mass.

Example Problem
The mass flow rate of a conveyor machine is 9 kg per second. If the density if the mass is 1800kg/m3 determine the volume flow rate.
